You may need a certificate relating to your pension for tax and other purposes (e.g. free train travel). Such certificates will be issued upon request by the Social Insurance Agency and its branches.

Which pension certificates are issued by the Social Insurance Agency?

The Social Insurance Agency issues certificates certifying the following:

  • application for a pension;
  • receiving a pension, with the current amount of the pension;
  • receiving a pension, without specifying the amount of the pension;
  • receiving a pension increased to the minimum pension;
  • pension benefits paid for a certain period;
  • non-receipt of a pension;
  • date of a pension award;
  • the amount of the 13th pension;
  • the schedule of executory deductions from pensions;
  • the percentage reduction in earning capacity.
