Even if eServices are unavailable, use electronic registration or deregistration of employees. You can use:

In the message write:

  1. whether it is a registration or deregistration;
  2. the employee’s birth number;
  3. the employee’s first name and surname;
  4. the type of insurance;
  5. the insurance start date;
  6. the employer identification number (EID).

If the employment contract is terminated from the start, but you have already registered the employee with the Social Insurance Agency, please submit the Natural Person Registration Form – Deregistration.

The data sent during the pre-registration/deregistration of employees must always be confirmed to the Social Insurance Agency within 3 days at the latest by sending the duly completed Natural Person Registration Form via eServices.
