A soldier undergoing voluntary military training

When does the State pay pension insurance for a soldier undergoing voluntary military training?

Text

If you are a natural person during voluntary military training, the State pays the pension insurance for you if you meet the following conditions:

  • you are not pension insured as an employee (or as a contractor), SEP/SZČO or a natural person who properly cares for a child under the age of six or a child with a long-term adverse health condition under the age of 18, a natural person receiving a care allowance, a natural person providing personal assistance to a natural person with a severe disability, a natural person to whom an accident pension is paid,
  • you have not been awarded an invalidity pension.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: All conditions listed must be met at once. If you do not meet one of the mentioned facts at a certain time, you do not belong to the group of persons who are compulsorily pension insured, and you will not have compulsory pension insurance, and if it has already commenced, it will expire by law.
